- This is a group offering for WIP-Help! Do you have a wip you're trying to get off the ground, but just need help outlining or brainstorming? Are you struggling on that one dream story, and need another few sets of eyes? Do you have a long fic, but need help with continuity and character integrity? Could you benefit from someone else helping you write the action to balance out your dialogue, or pin down how to write Steve Rogers' vs Bucky Barnes' vs Tony Stark's snark? Would you like someone to write your "stuck" scene, so you can just move on, or give you their version of that scene to give you ideas?
You've come to the right place. We want you to finish that wip.
Services offered will be organized into three groups, and tier $ will give you different word-count totals and groups available.
GROUP 1
-emotional support / cheer-reading by council
-SPaG by AI (check Group 3 for by hand option)
-brainstorm committee
-inspo for writing (face-casts as needed, character sheets, moodboards, playlist)
-research (small questions here or there, maybe "help me find real cafes for their dates / pricing of XYZ / small details for Asgard dishes")
-Reader Feel? feedback – basically off the cuff reactions and thoughts.
-Sensitivity / Expertise*
GROUP 2
-tone feedback – reactions and discussion on how a scene or story reads and what in particular gave that vibe
-character fidelity feedback – reactions / discussion on how a character reads
-research (medium, maybe "let's figure out how to build a college schedule," or "Darcy works for a nonprofit, what does that look like?")
-plot hole filling
-writing a scene
-Reader Feel? editing – help capturing / changing reader reactions to match your goals!
-tags title summary for your wip(s)
-outlining work
GROUP 3
-tone editing – ideas on how to establish a desired tone / help working toward a particular feel for a scene or story
-character fidelity editing – help and ideas on how to best capture a character / nuances to a character that could add to your story or scene
-dialogue-thought-action balance of a scene or story, and help filling in the gaps / evening it out
-pacing issues – for longfic or helping to trim down a shorter work
-overhaul work / huge systematic change (tense, POV, add character, weave a new metaphor)
-writing sequential scenes / two or more versions of a scene
-canon compliance help
-research / fact check (large world building level – "tell me what life was like in 1930's Brooklyn")
-writing CHUNK(s) / "write the in betweens of my big feelings scenes with me!"
-SPaG by hand
*We offer sensitivity + expertise reading services for everything in our "Want to create" list! As for ships, our list includes the main ships we have written / characters explored MOST through our work, but we would be able and happy to help with anything not on this list - please message daisytarget with questions or ideas!
TIER 1 $10-50 – Group 1+2+3 for <20k
TIER 2 $55-100 – Group 1+2+3 for 20-50k, Group 1+2 for 50-75k
TIER 3 $105-200 – Group 1+2+3 for 50-75k, Group 1+2 for 75-100k
TIER 4 $205-300 – Group 1+2+3 for 75-100k, Group 1+2 for 100-125k
TIER 5 $305-400 – Group 1+2+3 for 100-125k, Group 1+2 for 125-150k
TIER 6 $405+ – Group 1+2+3 for 125-150k
Maximum wordcount is 150k, to be broken up into as many or as few wips as you wish. Depending on your work and preferences (brutal honesty, or handholding?), you may have all five of us looking it over, or only one or two.
