- I am offering any combination of beta reading, line edits, substantive/developmental edits, planning/soundboarding, sensitivity reading (queer, mixed race, ABC, neurodivergent/ADHD,), and I guess culture-picking for the USA. I also have a BFA, so if your story needs information on art school or drawing/painting/design/animation, I can give advice.
My qualifications are the fics I've written, plus about a decade of beta reading for my friend who is a published author, plus I write and copy edit as part of my job so I know how to critique. I'll be as gentle or harsh as requested. I've shared links to examples of my work.
I'm offering ~5k words per $5, plus $5 per additional round of edits/beta. So a $15 bid would get you one round of edits on 15k words, or three rounds of edits on 5k. You can submit multiple whole works or snippets, so $10 for two 5k fics, etc.
Idk how to price planning/brainstorming, so just message me if you aren't sure I guess!
