- Have you always wanted to see your favorite fanart in motion? Then you're in luck, because I'll turn it into an animation for you! If you want to see what that could look like, check out these two videos below: one and two.
Now, when it comes to animation, not every art style or specific artwork lends itself equally well to motion. As shown in the examples above, animating art with multiple panels tells a much better story than just turning a single frame into an animation, though that is also possible. If you're unsure whether or not the art that you have in mind would look good as an animation, hit me up on Discord or Tumblr – I'll be more than happy to discuss your ideas.
In general, if you want me to use existing artworks, please get permission from the artist before bidding on this auction. If you're an artist yourself who wants to see their own work animated, you don't necessarily have to supply an already existing artwork. We can come up with a story together, you'll draw the art after the auction is over and I'll animate the result. This can also work for podbids, if you find an artist – or several artists – who want to dedicate their time and efforts to making the group's ideas a reality.
The length of the animation depends on the artwork it'll be based on, though I'd estimate that it won't exceed 60 seconds. I'm open to discussing longer form projects as well though, within reason of course 😉
